Summer Vacation

On 6 July I boarded a plane to South Africa. The most exciting (and very different) vacation I have ever planned. For my first two days I went on private safari drive with Chris from Cashan Tours in the Pilanesberg National Park. On day three I visited the apartheid museum and toured around near my guesthouse. I will soon post more details and pictures, but the safari was awesome!!

On day four I boarded another plane for Zambia. For the past week I have been living just outside Livingstone at Mukuni Big 5 Safaris. My days have consisted of walking with juvenile and baby lions, cheetahs and elephants. Well, riding the elephants that is. I will post more specific information when I am home with my computer, but wanted to give you a little update.

Here are some pictures of the super cute baby lions (6 months old) and cheetah (9 months old).
