Happy Holidays

Today I returned from a wonderful four days in Prague, but prior to that I spent a wonderful Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Munich with friends.

I flew from Trieste to Munich on Christmas Eve and got straight to cooking dinner. We celebrated Christmas with a nice filling dinner complete with honey ham, roast lamb and all the fixings on Christmas Eve.

On Christmas day the sun was shining and it was warm outside, so we headed to Munich’s English Gardens for a stroll. The park was packed, it appeared that Munich was ready to be outdoors. It was a lovely day, complete with Christmas Eve dinner leftovers for Christmas day dinner.

On the 26th, my friend Liz and I hopped a six hour train from Munich to Prague. More about that soon!
